Who knew that adoption would be such an emotional roller coaster! But I love Christmas time so that makes it all right. On a light note, we have mice in our attic this year which gives us germaphobes some stress but I can't help laugh because I keep imagining them having this party up there. I think I'm reading too many cutsey Christmas books.

Great attitude! I am glad no mice are having a party at my house though to be honest!
We have mice every fall. I can hear them in our walls when I lay in bed at night. The boys love setting traps and looking to see if we've caught any.
Hudson's teacher just read their class "The Tale of Desperaux". I wonder if it will affect his feelings of hurting the mice. ha ha
